Term 3.

Term 3 has well and truly started and we have been very busy since the first day.
The weather has been very cold so the colds and sicknesses that were around during Term 2 have continued into Term 3.  There have been a lot of children away from school because of sickness. Thank Goodness we all seem to be on the mend now - that includes me.

We all enjoy getting together with our buddies in Room 4 on Friday mornings. We read, learn and play together. We help each other in the classroom and in the playground (Tuakana / Teina).
We are learning the large ball skills that will help us with most games. The Kiwisport tutors are teaching us the correct way to position our bodies while we learn the tactics.
Tylah Shaskey has been using all of his Basic Facts knowledge and skills to achieve a GOLD certificate at Mathletics. Congratulations Tylah!

On Saturday August 8th Mr Geal and I took our dogs up to Lake Coleridge to let them (and us) play in the snow.
